Not necessarily. RoomiRoom can act as your central distribution hub while still integrating with your existing PMS, CRS, booking engine, portals or data warehouse. Together we define which components stay, which are replaced and how we integrate everything through our APIs.

The platform can be ready in about a week after contracts are signed. The overall timeline depends on the scope: integrations, data migration, customizations and internal testing. During scoping, we’ll agree a realistic plan and milestones with your team.

RoomiRoom is an enterprise platform, so pricing is tailored to your business model and volumes rather than published as a flat list. Typically, an annual platform package (for example tailored for smaller, growing or large-scale operations) is combined with usage-based components linked to confirmed bookings and API traffic. There is no self-service “sign up and use” plan. we always start with a short discovery call to understand your volumes, markets and integration needs, then propose the most efficient commercial model for your case.
